★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service delivery was delayed for 5 days then to deliver boy argued with me and he took extra money forcefully.when I asked to return money he run like their.
I want to ask the superiors that they have ordered there delivery boys to take extra money , for there superiors for Tea,coffee and Bread

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday a local senior citizen walked in to ur agency enquiring about her gas cylinder being not delivered n the hindi speaking lady staff sitting at the entrance was rude, boisterous and responded in hindi n english.. will her state rural people understand kannada and english? Y create inconvenience to locals instead she can sit in front of the agency in her native n speak in english n behave rudely with her locals.. kindly take this matter seriously n act upon. Thanks

However, if you are transferring your connection from a different agency, you may not have the best of the experiences, especially with some of the staff not being customer centric who flaunt their Hindi and English skills, in spite of knowing Kannada!
Some of the staff are really ignorant while conversing with customers and create confusions!
Not the best of the experiences with the office staff! The delivery boys are generally diligent.
