★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please dont get connections here. Very poor customer service and staff is rude as if they give things for free. To collect my passbook of connection i went 3-4 times, still its not ready and its been 4 months since i have got new connection. I asked them to post the passbook to my address given charges, the staff said "NOT POSSIBLE".

Very worst behavior I don't know y he's collecting 50rs as extra delivery charge but then in memo it is clearly stated that *No delivery charges*..
He doesn't have basic commonsense also how to speak with a person, very rude behavior.. He just dropped the cylinder in the street itself. it is ur responsibility to deliver in door step free of cost..
Think so you people will look into this and take actions.... If needed I have vedio proof of his atrocities.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst possible service ever seen, the delivery guy is very arrogant, took 16 days to deliver the cylinder and kept arguing. They sell the cylinder to someone else and genuine people have to suffer. People who work here have no work ethics, please go to some other agency!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic service... the staff in the office is hardly bothered about customer issues... for them it's their chit chat which is more important than hearing and helping their customers... if you have the option to opt for any other agency please do it undoubtedly... it's been 9 days that I have booked my cylinder and 3 reminder calls after 7 days but no result... very disappointing...

They just sells cylinder to other person and normal person who waits there delivery they shows them so much arrogance. If I have option to give every time review will give them minus every time. And genuine people suffer more .
