★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked and paid HP gas cylinder online. They cancelled the order. But money was not refunded. When called SN HP GAS Agency asked me to wait for a week booked money will be refunded and so many customers money also has to refunded. Then after waiting for a week agency person informed to call owner and gave his no. He said will pay but stopped picking my call. Now agency no is not working. Having bad experience.

Never. Online booking is done, but they are not delivering since been 2 weeks. And they are not responding to calls.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have closed my connection around 15 Days back , Still I have not received deposit back as they said they will send within 3 days. Agency person informed to call owner and gave his no. He said will pay but stopped picking my call. every time when I call they say new new excuses. I'm going to wait 7-10days more then I'll file a case in consumer court against them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service not at all satisfied in any manner. They deliver the cylinder so late And delivery boy asks more money to deliver the cylinder. Cash memo generated on 21 April and they delivered the cylinder today(27th April ) and bill Amt is Rs.952.50 he took Rs.1000

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used to deliver cylinders on time once upon a time. The last 3 times I have booked a cylinder, it toke over 2 months and several follow-ups to get the cylinders delivered. They don’t even receive phone calls!
