Scoot team is very patient in listening to our requirements and also customises the design of the chair as required. They provide very unique cushions that support the back and makes comfortable for long duration seating.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi this is baladurgasatyanarayana the parent of sai. We have the scoot cp chair for my child with the help of Darshan sir. I contact him the month of January from that time onwards he followup me and he informed everything to me. When the company gives the 40% discount he contacted me immediately and now we got cp chair my kid(sai) feel very comfortable and also he want to sit.. as a parents happy sir because we don't about this chair Darshan sir give the advise to us now sai comfortable with the chair..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased RGK Tiga FX from scoot 7 months before. My assessment was done by Ashutosh Pradhan who has full knowledge about it. After assessment and listening to me, he started adress by the issue by correcting my old chair even before I got my new chair. I really appreciate his gesture of empathy. Even after my product delivery he responds like a new customer, as promised to take care of my post delivery issues. I wish him to lend his service to more more clients in future which is really required in this sector .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a mother of a Rett syndrome baby girl. We searched at many places in India for an appropriate wheelchair for my daughter and after a long search finally found Scoot. I spoke with Dr.Ashutosh who is an amazing person !! Hez very soft spoken n he listened to what my needs wer. I was elated when he said that he knew Rett Syndrome. He suggested us Scoot Activa Wheelchair for our daughter and now we have bought it for her. It's customised to her needs and is giving her sooooo much comfort that we r super happy.. She smiles ear to ear when she sits on it daily. So I really trust Dr.Ashutosh Pradhan and Scoot for their services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are very happy to have found Scoot Mobility after years of waiting for a proper seating solution. We have been using IRIS zippie wheel chair for past 4 months and have been experiencing the benefits of it. Our child has a rare condition with progressive physical deformities, if not addressed leads to surgery. however after using IRIS zippie, we see that the progression of the deformities has been avoided and we are in the course of possible correction course now. The wheel chair has eased movement and seating anywhere inside the house and apartment. The chair is totally customisable, best suited for each child's need from head to toe, so any child who is in need of 24/7 positioning can take advantage of it. the material and quality of the chair and engineering is commendable. Mr.Ashutosh from scoot, has in depth knowledge about the product. He is also a very knowledgeable physio therapist. His diagnosis of my daughter's physical issues has been very satisfactory/accurate and so are his solutions for the problems. His combined knowledge as a therapist and the product with its customisation, has given us a perfect solution , for our child's problems. He puts his best effort without any compromise to provide a possible perfect correctional seating everytime we visit for a review. Hope more children benefit from the services scoot provides.
