Pros:
1.good project and a good hike.
2. you can get help from 360 degree
3. Everyone is equal here. you don't want to call with sir /madam. you can call them by their own name. you can speak without any hesitation to high authority.
4. all resource is available here.
5. rules and regulations are not available here, EX: dress code
6. games also available ( table tennis, chess and etc.,)
7. long vacation or leave is also available here
8.you can also know, your project profit and loss details .of your project is going to profit way then, you also get the share .
Cons:
some people will work on one project or two projects. but they will get a good hike, the reason is they have enough time and without pressure. but if you are three project mean, you don't properly time, you have a lot of pressure. sometimes you need to spend your personal time also(Saturday). but finally, you will get less hike only(if you have good review also). if you are trying to explain your problem to high authority people, they will say we can see the next review. but after six months you will get the same response from the high authority people .
here only i am really frustrated, my best advice is please take one project or two projects. please don't go three projects or above.

The transparency being followed in the Financial conditions of the organisation gives responsibility to each and every employee working here. The work culture and the Co-workers are a big plus point. The freedom of speech is given more importance, and every voice is heard. To explore and disrupt the technology industry, this is one among the best places to work for.
