Being an amateur to the gym, trust me these guys are amazing. The gym is clean and hygienic and the trainers are amazing. All of them; Amit, Bhupinder, Deepak, Pradeep, Vaishali, they are all really supportive and highly motivational. They have an eye for detail and really guide you well.
This is for sure the best place to work out. Kudos to the team.

The manager Prabhakar sir, Amit sir and the other staff is very helpful, friendly and will encourage you and help you to achieve your goals. The gym is very clean and I would recommend it to everyone to join the gym and start your fitness journey.

Training includes Cardio, Mobility exercises, Strengthen and stretching.
My special compliments to Mr Prabhakar and thanks to Rahul the fitness trainer who is taking good care of mine and my soulmate .

While on the hunt to find a gym that best suited my needs, I found MoveFit @ Palam Vihar. I've had a great experience so far. Facility is amazing and great space! MOST Importantly, it was great relief to witness that COVID-19 measures are taken properly in the gym as their support staff are always standing next to you for cleaning your benches and machines after your workout! All the staff/trainers are super friendly and welcoming. The Owner, Manager-Prabhakar and rest of the training staffs are so amazing that they encourage you and push you to achieve your fitness goals…. In general, one of the best gyms I’ve ever been in Gurgaon. The overall gym is really clean and convenient. I totally recommend going to this location.
