★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If there is an option of 0 star I would have given that, one of the worst customer service I have ever seen, they took my product on 02 April, and till date it is not delivered (16 April), I kept on asking the tracking information, they never shared that, and after continuously bugging them, they shared, how I can see that the delivery actually started on 14 April, so for 12 Days they kept on lying... Now when I call, they do not answer, they are not bothered anymore. Worst service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional packers and movers with poor services. They were prompt in sending the bill and asking for money however, didn't provide with the tracking/ docket id. The delivery took ages to reach and the point man in the services who was talking to me didn't have the courtesy to answer my call after receiving payment. Would never recommend their services and if i am not wrong out of the 6 reviews i might be the only true review amongst them rest being their own.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service ever. I booked packages from Mumbai to Sonipat and the agent promised me delivery in 4-5 days through delhivery. It's been more than 15 days, shipment hasn't been delivered yet. Highly disappointed. Don't book your parcel through this service. Waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad service. There has been a delay of a month in my shipment and the company representative Ravindra is ignoring all calls and messages and is not sharing any delivery status of the shippment.
I would advise everyone considering to use their service to not fall for the trap and look for better options.
We had shipped our household items from Mumbai to Lucknow through through Moving Force Packers and Movers from Mumbai on 05-04-2022. According to the vendor, the shipment should reach Lucknow next week and now we are standing on 27-04-2022 and the shipment has still not been delivered. This shipment was completely prepaid (23, 730/-) with the insurance of 80000/- on top.
The vendor and the company support staff are not picking up my call or replying to my messages anymore and my parents who are senior citizens cannot go through the trouble of following up with the company again and again, without any results. Worst service ever!!
