★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jayraj enterprise is a fraud seller. I ordered a Sony Bluetooth worth 5000 via Paytm and they sent a cheap Bluetooth worth 100 rupees, and on raising a complaint the rejected the return. Never buy anything from them. Will now move to consumer court to teach them a lesson so that they get their share of payback.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, I have ordered Sony MDR-EX15AP but I received Sony MDR-EX15LP with out packing , warranty card, earbuds, So i raised a compalint, They haven't processed for 1 week, after discussed in call, they replied that I have to send the product to them in courier then they will send another product to me.This process take 20 days. It already have be 12 days how can I wait another 20 days and who will take care of courier money. Please don't buy anymore It's like gambling if you got luck you will good product otherwise it's loss for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not buy any product from mozelo. It is wast of money.They are giving duplicate product. I have ordered Philips SHE1455WT/94 headphone (Order Number 43240) and i came damage. They have send it without checking. Now they ask me to send it back with own expanse. Also they are not ready for give refund. Pathetic service from mozelo. Please do not buy anything.

After searching the web for a while, I came across a very good deal on Mozelo.com...almost 35% less than the price on other sites. I was very sceptical at first, as this was still a big purchase, and there were some bad reviews about the site as usual (there are always good and bad reviews for every site/product). But I must say that Mrs Krishna Trivedi of Mozelo went out of her way to assure me about the product and its authenticity. She stayed in touch over the phone throughout the payment and delivery process. The product was very promptly delivered within a couple of days after payment; everything in the box was as promised, and the product works fine. My thumbs up for Mozelo.com

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is worst online shopping site and sells old/repaired products. I had ordered SONY headphones and the seller sent me old product. Just by removing the headphones caps, there is a lot of just and even the caps were loose. Secondly upon removing caps, a tape was also pasted there which shows that it was an old/repaired product. Customer care kept delaying the matter and wants me to send the product back at my own cost.
