★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My July session 2020 admission was done, September 24 admissions were done. It has been 3 months since September 24, 4 January 2021 Study Materials have not come home. Study materials have not come home. We also have to submit the assignments, which should start making from the January . And when i makes a phone call, he is busy all the time. Never take phone calls and now I feel that I have made a mistake by getting admission in IGNOU.
The exam starts from April to May. It is not good to study with online PDFs.

I tried lots of calls to IGNOU but no one is bothered to attend those calls and I also marked many emails regarding the study material issue and even IGNOU staff does not reply those email if any students wants any support from the university sides then where he or she will go

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Misbehaving and arrogant officials at block 10-A it seems as if you are not in an university but you are in police station, usually study material is delayed by 3 months after taking addmission in ignou, think before taking addmission in ignou because no one is accountable for your queries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They don't pick our call....we travel so far for books and they just said book is not available .... Its very irritating & mind disturbing..... atleast they confirm on call before we went for the centre .... totally time waste ....ahhhhh .....sucks ignou

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Only 25 days are left for my second year TEE of bscg and still I have not received all my books.How will I prepare for the exams?No calls and e-mails are responded ever.Ignou has very poor management.It is like "ram-bharose" university. I regret enrolling in this university.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst University. Their only target is to earn money. I request not to take admission in ignou. No one is accountable for your queries. No one picks your call. No study material will be delivered to your address. You have to collect it from its center and after 6 months of taking admission they will message to you to collect the books. First they promoted the students without exam and after promotion they are taking exams. Foolish management.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can Collect your Study Material from here. You have to bring your IGNOU identify card, if you are coming here to fetch books of someone else like brother, sister, etc , in this case you have to bring one photocopy of your Aadhar Card, and a authority letter signed by the person whose books you are coming to fetch.
Nearest Metro Station is Saket. Gramin Seva Auto charges only 10 Rs per person from Saket metro station to IGNOU Headquarters office. Timings are from 10:00 Am to 5 PM. For Books you need to go in IGNOU BLOCK 10-A .You have to do entry and take out a token. After that you can collect your books from the respective store .
Staff is well behaved. University campus is lush green and well maintained.
But worst thing is that, most of the courses books are not available. They are not printed till now. I have visited just before one month of my Second year Term End Exams of BSCG. I have to come home empty handed. I travelled 100 KM. Earlier they were not responding on Call.
