One of the oldest MPT hotels in bhopal. Centrally located.
The overall ambience has improved.
The service , quality of food and overall feel is nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please read this review before choosing to stay at this place. Receptionists and Housekeeping - Hopeless. South Indian restaurant - Unrealistically expensive.
On our 3rd day of stay, we asked Ms. Ruksana (receptionist) , to ask the housekeeping to get our rooms cleaned. After going around sightseeing when we reach back at night, we see that rooms still haven't been cleaned and essentials not replenished. Then on making a lot of noise they finally sent the housekeeping who put the pillows on the floor while making the bed and put those really dirty ones back on the bed without replacing the pillow covers (who even does that?). We had to actually ask them if they expected us to sleep on those dirty ones. They had no essentials like soaps/towels. They literally had to be told how to clean the room and we had to wait till around 12:30 a.m for it to made into a livable room. I've stayed in 3-7 star hotels but have never had such a bad experience.
South Indian restaurant (inside the hotel) - charged us Rs. 150 for every 2 rotis/chapatis (unbelievable) that we ordered. Other food items were not worth it.
North Indian restaurant - was okay
Gym - very small. Has dumbbells and just a few machines but not even 1 bench.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was ok, but being such an old restaurant the service was pathetic. The stewards did not have much interest, the cutlery was not good (I mean the knife was twisted beyond imagination). We went for a family dinner, we had a good time with our discussions but this place kinda ruined the whole experience.
Guys! Beware! Please gear up, pull up your socks, there is huge competition out there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Packing was extremely good. I had lot of crockery and glass items. So much so, during my whole transportation nothing was broke, it was totally worth it. They were on time, kept me informed and true to commitment. Team was very professional and trained.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited with my family to celebrate my father in law birthday. We reserved the table in advance to avoid waiting in queue. Food was awesome starting from soup, starters and main course. We almost ordered from every section of menu and liked every dish. Ambiance was great. Even we had a reserved space for cutting the cake and clicking photographs for our memory. We will definitely visit again and will highly recommend to others. This is one of the best MPT restaurant in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
