★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff over here was discussing about the ice cream flavours to be order and size of ice cream cup... I was standing there for almost 20 mins just to ask Wer can i pay the reconnection amount for electric meter.
After 20 mins was informed that I need to pay the amount in prakash credit society in sector 3 of Airoli. When i asked about the exact address of that credit society they didn't had any answer..
Purely unprofessional behaviour..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lot of people come here with their complaint regarding uncertain bills, which reflects to poor service of mseb as always. Junior staff is polite and help you but the same we can't say about senior staff. They are very rude.
