★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Working process is super low it took me around half hour in line to pay the bill when there was only 10 people in front of me. And any complaints related issues it would take around 1 to 1.5 weeks to resolve and very slow.

For them Consumer are just payers but have no ideas how they get their their salaries / bhattas and other payment on time ?? Its a consumer who pay for them !
