★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No prior notice is given when there is a power cutt and people who have work from home have to suffer from this issue, notice is not given when there a power cutt is going to be ,and then these people dont even take the responsibility to pick up calls ,they just keep their landline aside and it always says busy busy , we have to always suffer because of these people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst service...by kalamboli MSEB office...there is no coordination for any work...worst Management... service should be 24*7 to customer but there is no emergency services available... service like 24*7 No service...need to change the whole Management...landline number always out of order ( Not working at All).
Hope will get some improvement...

Have paid all d bills before the date
If missed once omg
Also thr is no possibility to get in touch with them coz all the numbers provided all over for Mseb is switched off and if in case it rings no one wll pick up...sad part is we people can’t do anything abt dis

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service.......didn't receive calls and not solving problems quickly.lazy workers are there..when light is gone all mobile phones related to electricity office will be busy....and we facing many problems about electricity from last 2 months.... very very bad service in our area
