β β β β β They deserve more stars than it..they have worst service which is too good for us..you don't believe me?? Here read the below points then:
1) They do a lot of work in summers like on few Fridays there is no current from 11-3 but still when it rains the current always goes off and it comes till the rain ends for like 2-4 hrs but they do it for us guys or otherwise there would be no current for a day.
2) Mseb is so smart, sometimes the current goes off even before it rains... Due to which mseb can be used a tool for rain prediction.. One day I was going out and it was little cloudy, i thought it would not rain then boom the current was off and i took a umbrella with me and it began raining after 5 minutes of power cut. Thanks mseb!
3) I think mseb's maintenance works may include wiping the wires with a piece of cloth and cleaning the dust off transformer.
4) Sometimes there is no reason still the current goes off.. But i meditated to find out that answer and i got it.. Mseb wanted us to live like our old generations when there was no electricity.. They wanted us to reduce our phone addiction and become tough.. They are so sweet?
5) Sometimes the app doesn't work and they don't even pick up the calls but then i think they do have a family na and they are too busy with their works of wiping off dusts on transformers so we can't blame them guys!
6) Sometimes there are power fluctuations.. Dim lights but they do it for us! It will become a pretty dull life if there is normal current in our homes but mseb wants us to have fun and bring us together. Let me explain guys.. One day the power was high in our building and the bulbs bursted and everyone in our building came together and then we started gossiping. Laughing and we were together that night.. It took them 3-4 hrs to repair that but they did it for us. Love you mseb ?

β β β β β Very unhelpful.... inconsiderate.. suddenly uploaded a bill amounting to over a lakh and very casually told to pay either full amount or in 2weeks ..or face disconnection notice.. all along admitting there was a fault in recording the reading before

β β β β β Most annoying experience I have had till now. None of the staff are qualified or informed enough about their roles & responsibilities. They are not even aware about the Information they pass on to their customers. A typical bureaucratic government department where, customers are asked to go at 10 different counters just to find in the end that, their problem isn't solved. Even the seniors are horrible at their job. Nobody takes any responsibility. They behave like this just because, they are into a monopolist business. Their road to future surely looks like BSNL & MTNL where one fine day, private player takes over their business and then these same government staff will crib that, private companies have eaten their job

β β β β β 3RD CLASS PEOPLE ALL ILLETRATE NOBODY KNOWS WHY THEY EXIST IN THE OFFICE. ITS BEEN MORE THAN 5 MONTHS I HAVE PAID FOR MY METER AND NO ONE IS INSTALLING IT. THEY SHOULD FEEL SHAME ON THEIR EXISTANCE

β β β β β Suddenly u get a bill of 3770 in the month of March 2022 and April month it's 9460. We don't even have an AC with basic appliances and 3 people staying how can it go so much. A shopkeer who grinds grains gets only 3000 monthly bill. First was asked to pay for meter check that was on 20 April they said it will take 10 to 12 days for a person to come and check the meter. Seriously so long to check just the meter. So for the person to come and check soon I had to go and meet the other person at other office at msedcl office near water supply tank at gauripada. Went twice and requested to check. They are saying there is no fault with meter so on 27 April was called to come and visit office. So again meter check person calls and tell don't come today. We are coming again to check the meter so after meter check they say u come tomorrow to say office we will see. Today I go and visit that person and madam whom I was supposed to meet are not at office. Worst service ever. I just can't understand with basic appliances how can it be 9460 even person using Ac is not getting this much bill. We are monitoring the meter reading daily 100 units are getting added daily. Pathetic.
