★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a classic example of a corrupt government agency that robs people and doesn't provide promised service. I've been living in Dombivli for the past 14 years and there hasn't been a single month without any electricity outage. They're always cutting the power for "maintenance repairs" however nothing has changed. With vices like piss poor professionalism and below average service, it rightfully deserves to be shut down or revamped. Since Google makes giving one star mandatory that's the least I'll be giving.
