★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Huh. Thanks to Covid, After one year I started my renovation, I entered my house.
I would like to thank Pankaj, Tulsi, owner of Rupam.
They had been great help in providing material in difficult situation.
**Review:-
Quality: we purchased everything from screw to handles to hooks and magnates to lock.
Lot of it was before covid. No issues in 9 months or so. Mid range but goes very well with furniture.
Variety: At par with other big names in Dombivli. Shop is not very big to show lot on display. But decent size to see attractive one and decent variety off-shelf if you have time
Pricing:-Short answer very good. as we planned to do all purchases ourselves instead of contract. So, spent quite a bit of time to find cheaper deal. Even gone to dadar, cst. I think Dombivli pricing is competative.
*Rupam pricing was better of the lot. Importantly they also have good variety at mid and lower range. We decided to take Steel for screws to ensure good quality of furniture.
Service: Short answer is personalized.
Very supportive during covid times. Owner helped going extra miles.(and yes Both of us followed strict covid norms)
*Returns were smooth. Some we returned after almost 6 months and they accepted as covid time.
* Pankaj and owner had good knowledge and could suggest better options.
I can safely say they look for customer satisfaction
