★ ★ ★ ★ ★ MSR Gangothri is really good project.. Lot of open space.. Highest UDS.. Peaceful atmosphere.. Away from noice...i booked the flat but cancelled due to some external aspects.. But builder is very customer friendly.. I got my advance amount back as they promised... We can really trust this builder and their projects..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice apartment.. its have swimming pool, gym, children park, a badminton court and a party hall.. People of this apartment are very friendly.. Specially the president kartik.. Overall its a nice experience to live along..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Multi storied apartment with two towers or blocks. Construction materials used are of good quality. Located at close proximity to Old Madras Highway (to escape frm city) and Hoodi Junction (to dive into urban lifestyle).
Having good amount of open space surrounding the construction. Equipped with modern amenities like swimming pool, club house, gym, jogging track, children's play area, Solar panels, STP etc.
Finally the residents are good, well behaved & cooperative.
