★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite being the fact that most MTNL officials work like government people, but the staff here are very active and co operative. Instead of telling "waha jao, unse milo” they help you in most possible way. Office structure is good with AC.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible service. Nobody responds to complaints. When you call up the number it says "invalid number". God knows when these people are going ti improve. I wonder whether writing such reviews has any impact on MTNL or not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a non functional MTNL office - in the context that retail customers cannot do any day to day business here like book a landline, pay bills etc. I still went inside the office as I had a query wrt MTNL sending me notices for unpaid bills for a phone that I disconnected a long time back. I visited this office because this is where I had submitted my landline phone many months ago to have it disconnected.
I was appalled to see how badly maintained the building is from inside. The office on the second floor that I went to was dimly lit and I could see lots of empty desks and only 1 or 2 MTNL officers. The toilet at the entry of the office was over flowing onto the floor outside but thankfully it was not stinking.
the building is in one of the most upcoming areas of South Mumbai.
and it hurts me to see how the facility is falling apart and how hard earned tax payer money is being wasted. This building could easily fetch MTNL handsome rent but obviously that is not how they are supposed to do business so they are letting it languish.
I met with Mr Yadav at the office who immediately helped me with responses to my queries. I was very happy with his professionalism -he didn't make me wait and immediately attended to me.
