★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service any ISP can provide. No proper phone support. You will always be asked to call different number without any proper resolution. The only help they provide is resetting the router (which I believe everyone performs before calling). You will end up getting nowhere on phone with the support and will be let frustrated.

Staff member are cooperative and they guide you well. For submission of life certificate need to visit once in a year.
