★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was previously used as a telephone exchange service in Powai. It still in use as a telephone exchange but not till that extend as it used to be early.
Now this place is used as a learning center. MTNL powai undertake many industrial visits from colleges, institutions, universities, etc. And also gives students a chance to learn about their technology and techniques how actually the call operation, internet switching and many network related services.
MTNL powai is massive in size. They have many rooms dedicated for specific usage such as fiber room, telephone connection room, switches and gateway room, etc. They also have a canteen in the building.
The staff here is quite good and friendly. Here I also saw many people from Middle East and Africa who came here for studying about networking and Telecommunications as a subject.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not so good. As many rooms don't have even basic amenities. Low budget rooms available, but it is not a place where you can exile. Some rooms don't have showers, most of them are not having air conditioning, some even have their windows shattered.if someone has to stay in a haste he/she may stay but I will not suggest anyone to stay at such training college or lodge of mtnl. In pawaii area however the place is good in terms of money you pay for lodging.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have come to this place to change the SIM number of my boss and also to do recharge by bi-cycle from IIT Bombay which was indeed enjoying. I have waited there for more than an hour. The office looks quite old and I liked the place especially the ambiance.

And especially staff at Powai
From the security personnel to Mr S Kadu to DY Mgr T r zone 2 Mr B Bhandari tremendous support received for the first time from any government office personne up to date

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located at a very prime spot...this huge building has a workspace for bank, NLU (National Law University) and MTNL...one can reach this place easily with a best bus from vikhroli station (No.-418)...has a very good library...good parking space and well defined canteen with hostel facility.
