You have to go to the Gandhinagar ( Kanjurmarg) building to do most of your stuff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I m truly very happy & fully satisfied with your excellent respect for your MTNL office. Also expecting earliest possitive reply from your office, for my application of refund. Since last February 2020, when I personally visited in your good office, for giving a Complaint for my Telephone Instrument, which was totally out of order. At that time officer in charge told me that, we don't have any Instrument for replacement or it can't be repaired. So your officer has asked me to give a letter for above matter. After giving letter officer told me that now we will not charge till your Telephone will be replaced and will work in proper order. So with good faith I have not taken any receipt. After that continuously bill was coming to me, and till May 2020 I have made payment to your good office in good faith. After May 2020 I was out of India till 16th February 2021, when I came back, getting all Bill's in my hand. Now 2day I have personally went to your office, and given a letter for February 2020 to May 2020 refund & to wave my complete amount till date. Also I would like to request you that now I have shifted from 303, Shankar Nagar to my new address, Varsha H Damani, no 4, Nav Sangam Co-OP housing society, R. B. Mehta road, opposite Anjali Bar & Restaurant, before Shailaja Bldg. Ground floor, Ghatkopar east, Mumbai 400077. Thanking you once again. Yours truly, Varsha H Damani. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady on the desk was very soft spoken & helpful. Got my work done in 10 minutes. It pains me to see the staff of this MTNL office are made to sit in such a poorly lit & untidy surrounding. There were no fans and AC wasn't working. The staff had to work in such kind of surrounding.

Thr place does not have copies of the forms (I want to surrender my landline and wanted Surrender form). The security lady was quite helpful. Feel sad when I go to PSUs ..what a waste of national resources
