★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad. They do not want to help the customer. There is a female employee at desk D named Sushmita. She is very rude and cannot explain me about my bill charges. I am being made to pay processing days fees of Rs117 and some other charges of RS. 500. She told me of you want to pay then pay other wise my request will get cancelled. I just want to understand why I have to pay for the 5 processing days?

The staff members can only trick you to buy postpaid plans for whosesoever benefit instead of helping retain their customers!
