★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible shape building, hardly any staff, crumbling organization surviving on tax payers money, poor attitude staff surviving on government and tax payers money,, worst place to get work done,, worst status if you have any reason to visit. Nothing gets done without visiting like old idiotic government office

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Office requires refurbishment. Very gloomy and dead spaces. Equipment and bags stuffed in corridors. Need to make the place habitable and pleasant to work and visit. Wastage of precious office real estate.

Buildings are with cracks and no maintenance for several years
Lots of old vehicles are parked which is rusty
Not recommended to visit, other than MTNL related works or making a complaint on MTNL products related

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic mtnl services ever faced. No acknowledgment of online payment and cut the line saying non payment, no proper guidance when we ask the staff there, if asked more than once they tell give a letter to terminate mtnl services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic and deteriorating with every passing day is all that I can say about both the building and the services of MTNL. Inspite of having surrendered my landline connection years ago, I am yet to receive my refundable deposit and also an additional amount that I have deposited as voluntary deposit. No one is able to give me an exact response and they keep passing the buck. Moreover they have now got a very good excuse of being understaffed due to Covid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service well above what one expects at PSU Orgs. MTNL has copied with huge customer care cases in past. Now that their mkt share and business level have fallen staff is able to cope with current customer base efficiently. My work was disposed of in 5 min flat !
