Contact numbers are given but nobody attends the call. when complaint is registered on line No complaint pending on this docate appears after some days without taking any action. they claim MTNL is not performing because govt is not supprting but MTNL people themselves are responsible for the downfall. when you miss to pay your line is cut automatically without delay but when you update your payments it doesn't get connected automatically. you have to take too much efforts to restart the services. one star is given just because system doesn't allow to give zero or minus stars.
