★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oldest known lord siva temple on the banks of river penna .. good n devotional place with nice ambience... mythologically the linga located here is made by lord sree rama himself and speciality us its made of sand stone and u can see water deep in it :)... sree raja rajeswari temple with sree chakra which is also located in same temple complex.. renovated in 2006 and since then very well maintained...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oldest temple and big one. Very nice and calm. Must see temple at least those who in and around Proddatur. Shivalinga established by lord Rama in this temple. I came from Bangalore and visited the temple. We can see the Lord Shiva so nearest. Shiva Linga shape is different here. Please see uploaded pics.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful temple on the banks of Penna river. Very famous and Ancient temple. You can find many inscriptions outside the temple. As per the history, the lingam present in this temple was built by lord Rama. There is a small hole in the lingam and you can see water in the hole. The temple architecture is beautiful although it is renovated recently. Many other temples are there nearby.
