★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bunch of fraudsters. They have closed Viman nagar branch during first lockdown without informing their members, without refunding balance membership fees and without paying their staff. No one from their staff know about their corporate contact numbers or branch owner's contact number. They have given false contact number on even on their site.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's begin with calling this company nothing but a FRAUD! Yes this is me saying it who has worked with this company for four years. I resigned in February 2020 and my FNF till date hasn't been cleared! It's September 2021! Close to about 60-70k. My money! My money that I worked for! Entire management has changed and the bossman refuses to answer my calls or reply to my messages! And this is not just with me, I have two other excolleagues who haven't been paid as yet!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have take 2years subscription in XION Mall Mutifit,
but not utilized there Gym more than 4 to 5 months.
They only call for Renewal.
They wont provide any Update and Communication and i requested for Refund or transfer my Subscription to other Branch but not getting any Response from Them.
Worst Service and they are just misusing the "MULTIFIT" name to make people fool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had joined this gym paid the whole amount in one go for the whole year. On the next day met with an accident as requested the team to refund. Not only they ignored and rejected my request they also gave my membership to a random man for free as he was well known with the team. The members straight up asked for the whole amount but when they had to speak about the refund they sent me back zillion times even though i made so many visits to the gym post my recovery for my harden money. I would suggest you dont join them because they have sick work ethics and no respect for humanity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ i took the annual membership of multifit in june 2019 . used the gym for 8 months and realised that the management is just focussed on getting new members and hardly care to give the best service for the existing members . eg. first few days the trainers will be around you trying their best to make you believe that you should have a personal trainer . if by chance any one falls in the trap then the personal trainer is seen chit chatting with other rather than devoting full one hour time with the client . hence i was clear that i will not take one atleast in multifit . group sessions everyone was pushed to complete the circuit so much so that the trainers don't realise every individual capacity to do is different .
top of it the body fat analysis machine is hardly working and is always told by the management that it is under repair . in 8 months i could manage to get the analysis once after great follow ups .
then covid happened and there was no mail or message by multifit saying what will happen to the remaining months of membership how it will be adjusted . they will call to say it is open without knowing whether the member is fully vaccinated or not . first lockdown i was clear that having kids at home i will not go to gym . how can they even expect a member to come even when the first lockdown was lifted . second wave was so scary but after the vaccines came one could muster courage to go to gym but again housewives like me have to figure out 10 things before resuming the gym routine and anyways if one fails to do that before 4 pm there is no way to use gym as per the govt rule.
my story is that when i requested the management for my body fat analysis they put up such a bad attitude that only members can do it . I was a member and whatever remaining months i could not use the gym due to lockdown all i was asking for one analysis on that machine . and they just did not bother . all they were bothered was i have to renew my membership then only i can do that .
i want to know if any new person comes for a trial they offer a session with the trainer if they can do that why could not they let me have the analysis done .
i will suggest you people whoever is reading this join that gym who is really concerned for their customers and is ready to give the best service ever .
Multifit is pathetic in service providing .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gym ambiance is good but the management needs to be worked on.
I went to this gym and thankfully asked for a trial session before enrolling. They let us go in. What happened later was very very annoying.
I was with two of my employees. One of them happens to be a trained gym trainer but never practices as a gym trainer and instead he works in my company as a general manager. When I shared with him my plan of going to gym, he came along. There was one of my other employee too who like me is a fresher for gym.
So they allowed us to take trial, we changed into our gym shoes and were ready for workout. The moment my employee who knows all about workouts started to help me and my friend out with our workout, the WHOLE MANAGEMENT CAME RUNNING AND ASKED US TO STOP AND GO OUT.
Reason? They assumed my employee is a professional gym trainer and I am his client and we are using his gym floor for getting trained. We informed him that he is not a trainer in general. You can consider we are three friends doing workout together and this should be very normal with any friends groups. People do help each other in workout. But they were ignorant. They thought my employee will train me in front of others and probably looking at the quality of training, other gym members may also seek training from him. All rubbish.
Annoyed and irritated, we left immediately. I generally do not write negative reviews about any businesses as it hampers them and creates hurdle in growth but this needs to be brought to the eyes and ears of higher management and other such groups willing to do workout together in group in this gym. Exorbitant pricing is another issue I do not wish to discuss about.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Probably the only gym in the area somewhat at par with the Gold's (gym) standards. Brownie points for the location. Trainers are good and friendly. Music can be better.
