★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No cardio equipment except for cycles. The functional training offered is pretty decent though for beginners. The jungle gym is a nice and different (not unique) feature of this gym.

Simply put-They don’t care once you’ve paid the fees.
The PT is ridiculously expensive-10,000 per month +/- taxes.
Join somewhere other than this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a good concept of functional activity training batches which keeps us motivated to go to gym on time and push ourselves to do the exercises. They also have strength training, spinning studio and MMA equipment. Would definitely recommend such activities instead of regular gym for those who find it difficult to set fitness discipline.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Their batches are really good, good studio for functional fitness. But I wish they had more space. Moreover, the batches are conducted in same area as workout. Evening batches are from 6pm to 9pm, and during that there is hardly any space even to stand. You also can't use many equipments during batches as the areas are occupied. (Mens) Restrooms, lockers(really tiny), changing area, wash basins are all squeezed in one extremely small room. Limited shared parking is available only for two wheelers. I must say their charges for short term are ridiculous, exorbitant! See attached quote, they gave me on 18 Apr 2018, including taxes it becomes - Rs 7080 for 1 month, Rs 9440 for 3 months, Rs 21240 for 6 moths, Rs 29500 for 1 year. Definitely not worth. They said an offer is going on only for annual membership and it would cost Rs 16520 for next two days. I really wanted to join the gym for functional fitness, but when I tried the gym for a day I opted not to join.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This gym is happening place and will ensure that your gym session is never boring. Not a traditional gym but it has a focus on functional excercise activities. They do have weight training option but you will not find any traditional cardio gym machine here. Trainers are well qualified and co-operative .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most Horrible Gym I have ever seen. No standard equipments plus unprofessional trainers other than 1 or 2. Feel pity for some good trainers and members who have invested their money for 1 year membership... I highly recommend to think twice before joining.
