★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Multi level car parking but people doesn't use it . We love to park on road, if ts in or outside yellow line waa masth..trafic police dont even care where the parking guys park car.
Good initiative but need to educate people to use it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unprofessional staff. Not bother to even listen to others. Don't know how to talk and behave. Even after 156 parking space available they refuse to provide parking and giving preference to the people giving them extra underpocket charges. Fully waste of time. Please avoid that place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience with this multilevel parking. It saved me to park my car in chaotic market, handing over the keys to parking guys and that paying less. The only downside that it took good 10-15 mins to take out my car as it was parked on upper parking.

Parking is hassle free and car stays safe & cool (in summers)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bunch of cheats. Even while the display was showing ample available parking, they outrightly denied parking saying the slots are all used up. When confronted with the what the display was showing they claimed it was showing wrong information. This is their tactic of extracting extra money from visitors. Whole place or the staff should be fired for cheating people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Parking facility is good, it has ample space but staff is not trained enough to park your vehicle on upper floors.
Some staff members just pass their time by playing mobile games and chit chat whole day and abusing customers.
They just have to touch the screen for loading /unloading of a vehicle but can't be able to do so because of their no work attitude.
Recommendation - If the incapable staff will be fired and capable/fully trained ones will join, then parking would be very useful for the users.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Based on my first experience ... To be honest it is a necessary feature in that area... I have spent hours just trying to find a parking spot in that market previously and though there's roadside parking but it's horribly managed and there's no security... This parking at least has security and is easily accessible ... The staff behavior part mentioned by other users I agree with and fortunately my vehicle also wasn't damaged during parking and while it was taken out ... They charged 100₹ for an entire day (12-8 pm) on a Sunday and I find that's reasonable considering its almost equivalent to what malls are charging too .... Yes the only backdrop is u can't get back to your car and put your shopping bags as they have to move it upwards to accommodate other cars after yours has been parked .... Rest it was good and approachable and more people should try it and review it and hopefully they can overcome the negativity

Uneducated n unprofessional Staff, they doesn't know how to retrieve cars from upper section.
I paid for monthly pass yesterday, on the first day itself, my car's radio antenna got broke down and car have scratches all over the body.
When i argued with staff(mr suresh), he said no amount of damage will be compensated, as they don't have any responsibility. I had to pay monthly fees plus damage(around 2000fees+2000 damage) though i parked there for safety.
Think before you park your vehicle in this parking!!!!
Not recommended to anyone.....
