β β β β β Over hyped and overrated service center. No value for customers time, you keep waiting till the mechanic did not come. Unprofessional staff, and they are busy in own chit chat. Over estimate given to customers and charges are very very high for service. Think thrice before you go there.

Their charges are totally different from other service center of samsungs
I was visit there to change my charging port of samsung a50s
And they said me that it will gonna cost me 1100rs as they have to change the folder
But surprisingly, i call the other service center and they told me that they will replaced it for 300rs and they will only replaced the charging port

β β β β β It say opening time was 10am but still didn't open yet. Its 10:33am now.
Bad experience.
By 11am they open and I wait till 12 for the engineer and at last he said server or the OTP he didn't recieved, so I came back without solving my problem.
Such a bad experience after waiting for so long.

β β β β β Their service was very bad....the staff is very impolite...having food on customer area and didn't reply to any customer....the staff and service are very poor...my phone was getting hang and they said there are software issue and we update the software...after 2 3 days problem is same...very bad experience ever had
