I was planing to give them a big business with my company but the service which was provided by them was terrible, I would suggest others to not use this service!! they might offer you a cheap price but if you are sending any important equipment please don't go with them, I have lost my few equipment and they are not even ready to take blame, moreover to that the parcel was not delivered on time due to which I had faced many problems!! such a shame on you guys!! DO NOT DESERVE EVEN NEGATIVE RATING!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had sent a parcel to the USA but when it reached the destination, it was tampered and 1 item was missing. I informed Mr Prashant and informed him but he refused to accept the issue. Pathetic service. Try them at your own risk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a fraud company, please refrain from sending any parcel through them. i had send my parcel from Pune to Ireland and they didnt sent the parcel, they took all the stuff and after 3 months thy are claiming that the parcel is lost by dpd Ireland. When i reached out to dpd Ireland, they told me that the parcel was never handed over to them. Now these gyus are not picking up the phone and not talking professionally. They have also made the claim of lost good via insurance and kept the claim money....PLEASE REFRAIN FROM SENDING ANY PARCEL FROM THEM - THEY ARE A BIG FRAUD.
Mr Prashant Kumar is the biggest fraud and he opens the parcel and removes items which they they claim lost and you will not get anything delivered

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is okay... Don't believe their estimated date of parcel... I had experience they promised early date but parcel never reached on that date.
The parcelling method is good though... They parcel fragile things carefully and never faced any problem regarding that.
USA, Germany and UK parcels may reach on time they promised but apart from those please confirm twice with owner
The price is also reasonable. The higher the weight... Lowers the price and it is fair compare to other parcel agencies.
