★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last Station on Central Line with Mumbai limits. Thane bound trains are heaven for Mulundars. In peak hour, feel free to travel in down direction. Around half of Fast Locals halt here as well. Serves a large area on Mulund and Parts of Thane West as well. Best connectivity via BEST, Rickshaw and easily accessible by Private vehicle as well. Two wheeler parking available on west side opposite BEST Staff Cabin.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mulund Railway Station is much cleaner in comparison to others. It is also spacious and have enough space to stand at the time of rains. It also has multiple entry and exit points. Though the outside area of the station is usually crowdy and noisy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the important suburban station in Mumbai.... fast trains don't stop here only the slow ones have a halt for about 15 seconds.... Not so clean.... a bit of an effort would definitely be appreciated to keep the station clean.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was surprisingly clean. Not only the station but the perimeter around. Suburban stations carried a bad rep when I used to travel 14 years back, but i can see some positive changes going around and that makes my heart smile. We Indians are capable of change, just need the right motivation. Fares are still low that is something that we can be happy about. It being a central line station, i was a bit skeptic but, i am glad to have been proved wrong.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its clean and tidy station well maintained. Escalators are there at Home platform (from west side) is there and properly working. Indicators also working.....but one just before platform start should also indicate next local, if one misses the arrived one. It will avoid panicking amongst passengers.
However parking at or near station is not all all there and very congested. All roads are full of autos and crowd.
Selfi point mentioning "I love Mulund" enhances pride to be Mulundkar.
