★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is Government Municipal Office. All information related to Certified copy of Tikasheet, PR Card you can get here by filling an application(chargeable). But the time given for certified copy collection is more because the work done here is very slow. Regular followup is needed, for this you should take proper contact details of related officer. Small canteen is there in front of this office where you can get snacks and lunch. Quality of the food is ok.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For EWS (Income and asset certificate) one needs following docs
- Residential proof that one has his family staying in Mumbai permanently prior 17th October 1967 till date
- Income certificate(if not having then u need to make it before applying for EWS as its a mandatory doc,it takes 15 days from the date of application for it)
- KYC(Aadhar,PAN,etc)
- Leaving certificate of school for caste verification
The process takes 30 days from date of application if having income certificate or would take 45 days if not having income certificate.

The place and the staff both stink.
Not at all hygienic.
There are heaps of garbage lying on the roof of the base floor. Dry leaves aren't scraped. The place is in shambles.
If you go for DOMICILE go with all of your documents and do not talk to any agent.
The process will cost you 50 Rs and 20 days.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For domicile certificate totally mess govt should understand pain of que THREE TIMES for one domicile certificate one for verification then payment of fees and then scanning of document are our govt officers are EDICATED ? Why they cant provide single window system by managing efficient back office management. Also we heard domicile only require for Maharashtra and few collages only ...
Wastage of our young blood and their parent check photo all for getting domicile certificate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical government office with no facilities for the public. They do not bother that senior citizens are standing in a queue for long hours with no fan no sitting arrangement. Ridiculous experience to get a Domicile certificate.
