★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is situated near CST mumbai .An underway connects Municipal corporation and CST .A beautiful market is there inside this underway. Texi service is available 24 hours here . You can do rest in the park in front of Municipal Corporation building .A very busy road separates CST and Municipal corporation building and CST. Across the road in the side of CST, there is a good grassy and shady park .Fort area is very old and famous for its grand buildings

But my visit to this place was easy as the staff was cooperative towards a mother of an infant.
Lift facility available. Long que but waiting room well maintained.
People do complain abt sluggish nature of the office from days to weeks. But remember it's OKAY always
Easily accessible location, next to very famous swimming pool, nearby grocery , garment shops, vegetables fruit markets available.
P.s. Guys Go with a positive rocking peaceful mood. Everything will be okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a pleasant experience, went there to deposit cash for swimming pool. While there was a queue at the cash counter, staff member was working with speed, not like what we expect from other municipal staff.
Also by mistake I handed over extra cash (double) and staff Manthan, highlighted my mistake and returned back.
