Hi I applied for new ration card before 3 week because they told me your yearly amount has gone to over a lakh they took my document and told me that a officer will come to my house for verification waiting for the officer till now no sing of the officer till date. There is no systematic work done here
Hence that day I was waiting for the official in charge of the ration card who seat on the 2 nd table on the right he came about 10.30 am that was 30 minutes late than he sat for a while and went out again and came back after 1/2 hour with a bottle of pickle in his hands.
Is this way the system works in the government there is no value for the people waiting for hours to get the work done. Today I went again with the receipt of the ration card for inquiring what happened to the officer who was supposed to come home for the verification the uncle told me to wait to the same officer I waited for a hour near his table after a while that same uncle tells me that he is not going to come today than my I more day has gone wasted. I want to the managers cabin to sort out a problem and come to some conclusion but the manager also was on his personal call he saw me waiting ignoring me and continuing to talk on the phone. This is the state of this office. Can we say this office is open or closed. I request the officer or the supplier to take some responsibility and do some type of satisfaction job our people who leave there work to do the ration card in time but t the staff in this office are not cooperative.
Waiting for the next time to visit this office because my work is not done till now.
