★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In this school people dont know how to talk to strangers especially a madam who I was talking to was very rude. I just asked her if I can donate some books and newspaper specially designed for children she is like bring permission from education department or something like that ... I think for donating u need heart and not a permission . I am not committing a crime in anyway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dirty place..... government should think of saving paper before printing payments recepits should be send via text message .Rather than printing on paper...Save paper save trees...For accounts purpose society can refer the bank statement and personal people can print the message if they want to .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For Marriage Registrations, apply online through the Portal; DO NOT create any Affidavit on Stamp Paper (Not Required). On appointment date, collect Annexure A & B forms from nearby Xerox centres & submit online form with all your original IDs & 1 set of photo copy (self attested). Husband & wife carry 4 photos, witnesses carry 2. Take 1 cardboard file with you.
After 1 week certificate can be downloaded after final fees payment. 3 copies of Certificate & 3 joint photos (Husband + wife in single photo) to be submitted thereafter.

Had been at Ward G North for birth certificate. My first stop Counter no. 8 unfriendly and absolutely incompetent. Made the payment. Asks nothing informs nothing. Subsequently Had been asked to visit counter no . 11, now that is a different location so you keep on roaming without idea no help. Asked her twice how to reach but she seemed uninterested as n my question altogether and did not help me.
After reaching, got to know it was office no. 11 and not a counter as such.
Had to meet another lady. Again unhelpful with my questions. She simply stapled my papers and forwarded me to a guy to submit my papers.
The only person who was nice and advised me to recheck / verify the documents before submitting and answered queries.
Have to visit them again after 5 days so that name is feeded in the systems and I get my copies.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a bmc building,it has a Covid 19 war room at ward no 4 ,and at room no 5 there is a canteen were u can get tasty cutlet, Vada pao,and many more things here u can get death certificate of the person who were living in Mahim West Matunga west and dadar West it has a seperate building here for death and birth related certificates
It is a clean place

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Birth & Death Certificates issuing session is unorganised & manned by indifferent & lazy stsff & supervisors Health Officers are never available to resolve issues. Health Officers may be moonlighting elsewhere apparently, whuch may account for their constant absence. Citizens are turned away under flimsy excuses and have to make several rounds of G North Offices to get their Birth & Death Certificates or Corrections or Rectifications of errors on their Birth & Death Certificates.Total chaos prevails & all people including SENIOR CITIZENS are harassed by staff. Shameful negligence evident at every level! Citizen Taxpayers are disappointed hiw their gard earned money is paid as salaries to these undeserving Staff at G North Wards. We are sure identical situation prevails in all other Ward Offices! God help common citizen taxpayers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are lazy & do not provide service to citizens. Staff are reluctant to even share information to harassed citizens who are made to run from pillar to post. It is very unfortunate that even Senior Citizens are not spared the ordeals. All services should be provided instantaneously without undue delay.
