Not providing comprehensive information on offers: I recently placed online order on which I got 10% discount. Before ordering, I asked them by email and phone that what is the best possible offer. They only mentioned online 10% discount. But after receiving the receipt upon collection of the ordered item, I got to know I could have availed Vodafone Roaming gift voucher of an amount quite higher than the discount received online. Upon emailing regarding this, they are continuously finding loopholes in my communication so as to not provide the extra discount!! It is appalling how they cannot see that the customer found out EVERYTHING he could before placing the order. And frankly, I did not even get any SMS from Vodafone for this offer and neither did I find any info on the website for this in-store offer nor did I find any notice in the Duty Free shop in T2 arrival area!! I STRONGLY recommend people to buy from other Duty Free like Dubai for e.g., who actually redeemed my miles even though they faced a technical error at their end. I did not have to pay anything for that order!! That's the difference! Learn from BIG companies to be BIG!!

Excellent duty free store now in the MumbAI airport, I remember the old Duty Free shop, which was small and deplorable! Now they have the best of liquor and wine! Excellent chocolates collection and unique cultural items from INDIA. The duty free is spacious, clean and the prices right!

I have d worst shopping experience on MDF at arrivals at pre order counter. Employee was so rude & misbehaved so badly with an argument with raised voice specially in front of his manager who was just standing and looking & whn asked for his name he has no fear of anything saying my name is prathmesh jo karna hai kar lo as if he knows no action will b taken against him sadly it's just an international airport nothing as of international standard. Employees should know how 2 work in customer service. On top of that no stocks & high prices no japanese whisky no Glenfiddich 12 no Glenmorangie no Laphroaig no teachers no dalmore no jura. Endless issues worst part was the ac was also not working very pathetic.

Very Very Expensive compared to other duty free shops. You can only buy online to collect while returning to Mumbai. It should be available for departures.

The worst duty free shop that I have ever visited. A limited range of chocolates and the prices of alcohol are much higher compared to all other duty free outlets that I have been to. What I found most hilarious is their collection of perfumes and their prices. All the perfumes are either available at the same prices or even lower at big retailers and leading e-commerce platforms. When I tried to enquire this with a few support staff, they were clueless. A total thumbs down... This duty free is not at all a value for your money.

The range of products is acceptable at the T2 arrivals. But the shopping experience is chaotic, terrible, and leaves a bad taste in the mouth. I bought 7 bottles of champagne (most small - of 200ml each). Firstly, even though the total amount was below 2L allowance, apparently the system was showing error. The guy initially said I could take only 5, and then increased to 6. And then, mysteriously, the system seemed to become okay later. That process itself is suspicious. During the purchase, I was also buying couple of chocolates, and asked him what some vouchers were for which were lying around. The counter guy gave a very unclear mumble in return. After my purchase, I find out that the vouchers were being freely distributerd, and if I had used them, then my chocolates would have become free. But the counter guy intentionally did not tell me that! It is as if they needed to steal that Rs. 300! Terrible experience. Never again. On top of that, the counters are built strangely - whereby the entry and exit path for people paying is the same. Thus, if there is a queue, then after paying, one has to shuffle and push against the queue to get out! Never again.

Mumbai duty free at Mumbai international airport is a large and varied collection of shops with thousands of items on display for the Travellers. Great stuff to choose from. Reasonable prices. Also quality is guaranteed, atleast for the branded stuff. Worth a visit if you have the time or have a specific requirements. Overall a good experience. But keep a track of the prices and offers.

Duty free at Mumbai International Airport - good for liquor and chocolates. Everything else seems to be expensive then other duty free in abroad. They also have duty free festival and offers going every now and then
