★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located on P4 not on P5. Don’t follow the “Find my car” option , it will show you near flyover, you will waste your time. Just reach P4, 3rd floor and enquire there only.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Uncultured agents here at the booth. The call center is even worse. I came in an hour early and they won't give me the car saying I am early. How ridiculous is that? No rental car company does that. And my car is ready here in front of my eyes and still won't give the car. I even said i will return it one hour early.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, told me to change my car saying no Jazz was available, also canceled my pick up and drop at end moment when I go there i see the staff sleeping in Jazz and using it for their personal use(going to the washroom) didnt wash my car properly, didn't check the car before handing over to me.Gave me faulty car. Charged me the damage charges which was not done by me. Try using Revv or any other car rental except Zoom. Their only aim is to loot customers money

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zoomcar has the worst service I have ever seen. I booke for a luxury car from zooomcar, did the payment and confirmed the booking. On the day if booking just before 30 minutes of booking start time, a customer care executive called and told the car is not available, You can either cancel the booking or take some other car. Had to argue with him for half an hour and finally agreed to change the car. I had lost my one and half hour because of the irresponsibility from zoomcar. Also I had to send them a bunch of emails and make a lot of calls to get the complete refund back. I'm not going to use zoomcar again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I paid for fuel and see how I fill the fuel after that i uploaded a bill and I never get the refund.. such a lier and all customer executive are shameless they saying me to ask for petrol in bottle wow zoomcar bewkoof banate hai

Being near the airport you won't find much security. Pretty much anyone can come and go.
Not easy to navigate just keep eye up on the sign boards as much as walls on your sides.
The staff is helpful though. Although some cars are just sitting in dust. ZoomCar should get them serviced and provide customers good conditioned cars.
Near India Post airport office.
