The communication was very easy, straight and efficient: we proposed an itinerary, he gave suggestions and we rapidly defined the trip.
The car was as in the offer, in very good shape, spacious and confortable, never got a single problem during the whole trip.
The price we payed (very competitive) was exactly what we agreeded: no hidden costs.
We got all the informations to meet the driver. The driver picked us up at the airport very smoothly. The driver speaked a good english and we got along perfectly. Sharda, the driver, followed very closely the program, suggesting here and there additional visits. He was always very kind, stopping whenever we needed, introducing us to nice restaurantes, accordingly to our taste (veg and nonveg). He carried us around and was always available to move around from the hotels. Last, but not the least, Sharda is an excellent driver: no risks and fast anyway, pleasent, relaxed and secure driving. Sharda was the best driver we got in 20 years of travelling in India.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely great experience! The driver was very friendly and patient with us as we had him drive us all over Mumbai for the full day. The car was clean and had zero problems. I will definitely use this service again if I ever visit Mumbai. I highly recommend Carjee for anybody that visits Mumbai and needs reliable transportation for the day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was surprised to see the negative reviews about Carjee. I have used carjee on a number of occasions over the past year or so when in Mumbai and I have always found the service to be excellent.
Aditya has always been extremely helpful and accommodating of every request. He answers emails and messages almost immediately and is extremely flexible with times and locations that change at the last minute. I also find it extremely convenient and reassuring to be given the same driver on every visit, it makes things so much easier.
I rarely leave reviews online, in fact I have never left a review for a car company, but I was googling the company to check a price and after seeing the negative reviews here decided I should leave my own experience with the company. I would hate them to deter other people from using Carjee, they really do offer an excellent service.

Foremost this would not have been possible from your outstanding and exceptional driver Mr. Amrit. From previous trips to India and this trip where we have had 3 drivers I can genuinely say he is the best. Our journey with Mr. Amritsar was marvelous, his kindness and knowledge outstanding, his driving we always felt safe. We always felt like a family with him.

The entire experience was very pleasant - reasonable price, great car, excellent customer service, and a great driver, Parvez. Parvez also acted as our unofficial tour guide. The owners. Arun and Aditya, were trustworthy. I will not hesitate to rent from them in future. Very strongly recommended.
