★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. Booked a pickup for between 5am and 6am. No pickup showed up till 6.45. Was then given a driver number who picked me up and as we were about to reach the main road when I realized they were taking me to Pune when I had booked a cab for Nasik. Then they dropped me back on the road again and the office started cutting my calls. Absolutely not timely, reliable or convenient. Complete waste of time and money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used KK the very first time in 2015 from Mumbai to Pune.
I was asked to take another KK cab at the food court because apparently the driver thought my location was closer with the other KK cab he met at the food court. I felt it wasn't safe to do so as my family had this particular cabs details.
I didn't use it till 2020.
Back again in Jan 2020, I booked a shared can from Pune to Mumbai. Airport report time 9pm for an international flight. The driver picks me up at 4.10 and after doing three other pick ups from 3 different parts of Pune we leave Pune city limits at 5.45.
All the way through he is busy chit chatting with another passenger. Driving at the speed of 60kmph.
To a point, he stops the cab to have this over - talkative passenger beside him to continue the chatter.

The landline - No response
One mobile - unavailable
2nd number - diverted and unreachable
The end I reached the airport at 10, my flight was at 11.40
Unpunctual! Unprofessional! Poor customer service! Unreliable! Unsafe!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Pathetic Service Provider and Staff...Had booked 2 Cars for Nashik from Dombivali (Screenshot attached)...Agreed on the rate provided by K K Travels but 1 day prior to Journey came a Big Shock as the person with whom I had all the conversation for Booking was on leave that day and he hadn't Booked the Cars at all..When I called their office and shared all the details (Screenshots and Call recordings) with other Staff they were adamant that in this Fare we cannot Book for you & increased the Fare by Rs. 1000/- which was not justified as had already agreed on the amount offered before. Was very Embarassing for me as I had family and guests who were traveling. Would not suggest anyone to Travel by K K Travels...You will be Cheated someway or the other...

I am not falsely reviewing...I had share each and every detail to your Staff Mr. Deepak. I also shared all the Screenshots and Call recordings to your lady manager of my conversations with Mr. Deepak...At the end moment if you Hike your price it's unethical...Also your Staff when on leave Switches Off the Mobile phone and from your Office no one can contact him is it Professionalism??? You should deploy professional Staff and work professionally... Because of your unprofessionalism we the Customers had to suffer...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The condition of the Xylo was really terrible ,AC was not working but driver demanded full Amount of Rs.4000/- as it was booked as Special Car for three from Mumbai Terminal 2 to Nashik ( Other are charging Rs.3000/car for same ) .Now K K Travels lost all its Reputation .Now they are even more ordinary than any other traveller . Sorry to Say this but do not go for KK

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kk travel must inform its drivers to use Google maps to pass through Pune and also ask to use left/right indicator while moving through lines on express Highway. The driver was too arrogant to accept it and he cut lane at will without any indicator and that too at 3am in the morning. The vehicle was good, but the experience with Driver was not at all. Even the driver lied to us saying there is a block on highway even though there was none.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had booked the charter cab for to and fro from Pune. I had paid online payment with all waiting and parking charges in Advance. The service was quite better. We reached in time in such a huge Traffic. But while returning the Driver was saying to start early than we decided as kkt had booked another trip at 11pm. Why this so I can't get.
The Driver was continuously on mobile communication while driving. I think both the things are not better for customers and Road Safety. Take Care.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst unprofessional cab service ever. The driver was rash driving and crashed into another bike. The biker and his wife were badly injured. The driver was not ready to pay the compensation to the injured so the police wouldn't let him go. He then left us in the middle of nowhere and made us arrange our own travel for the remaining distance. They did not refund us, the management didn't take any responsibility. Pathetic.
