★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't get fooled by the lights and the ambience. Taste was bland, when complained about that the manager just took the plate added some spice to it and got that back. Again no taste just a bit spicier. Complained again he took a spoon of it and took it for the cook to taste. There was no action whatsoever taken, sadly the dishes were still charged. Incompetent staff. The 2 stars are just for the good ambience. 0 for food taste & 0 for customer handling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical outlet where you buy coupons first snd then they get you order from al-a-cart dishes. They have Panipuri, differnt Tea, Maharashtrian Special dish called Misal. Chairs were not that comfortable honestly. But it looks neatly arranged. I tried Kullad Tea which they serve in soil pot and there is very interesting way of preparation.
Well the washroom here is very clean and neat. We should appreciate the housekeeping staff.
There is one outlet also at same premises for Lonavala specialty Chikki and other items.

It's mostly crowded in the weekends. No chats available in the afternoon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had Kesar Tea (tandoori) here. It would cost you 75 bucks ( definitely expensive) but the taste is really good. Tea was served in about five mins. Other menu looked good too.
