I personally recommend everyone to avoid this particular shop, if they ever come across particularly for lehangas.

They surely can ruin your special day by delaying delivery and then by changing the fabric and design you had booked. When I asked them to match the final piece with their sample one, they said that they don't have the sample right now. After ruining up everything they had a shameless high tone. Pathetic people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you can, avoid this store at any cost. I wish I could rate them less than 1 star for how badly they screwed up by lehenga.
- what they deliver is not what they show you at the time of booking
- they can screw your wedding day with unnecessary follow up and running around in getting the final piece. And they will delivery in pieces.. blouse fabric separate, dupattas a day or two after and so forth.
- owners are over the top arrogant and shameless. There was a fine line between us calling the police at on how they behaved and created chaos during the delivery of my wedding lehenga.
Background- I booked wedding lehenga with them in Dec first week for my marriage in feb last week. I deliberately gave them Jan last week's date because we were told that in chandni chowk no one sticks to timeline. When we went to collect the final piece they made the old display piece ready, with the threads from embroidery falling apart on the whole lehenga. After whole lot of argument they agreed to give us a solution of new piece. While the new piece was finalized they mentioned that if would be 4-5k extra than previous option we finalsied. Obviously all of us had to skip work every other day just to follow up on their tantrums and look into the nitty gritty of the lehenga. The owner at the time of payment demanded extra money without compensating for the kind of loss of time and money I uncurred for blouse stitching if previous piece. Long story short, there is other shop called Kala Kriti, which was way better customer dealing and genuine people sitting there

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big mistake of not reading the reviews here before . If I had read , I would not have stepped into this shop . Avoid avoid avoid .
Finalised a lehenga on 29 August , delivery was to happen on 6 September . I got the lehenga on 21 September . The blouse was not altered , the zip , the work , the dori at the back , nothing was done . The fabric which you see when you turn the blouse inside out , was a used fabric with the bobbles out . This guy did promise me to repair the blouse if I send him from Hyderabad. But honestly I don’t trust him and even you should not .
Ladies don’t go here , there is another Vallabh just beside this shop . Go there and shop .
