Truely the best place, Amazing collection and very cooperative staff. My outfit was from the payal keyal The White Mughal collection and it was beyond my expectation. Truely Amazing and loved it. Highly recommend this place to every Bride.

I placed an order for a Payal Keyal lehenga from Asiana Couture, worth approximately 3 lakhs on 5th July 2019 for my wedding on 23rd November. Till the time the sale was not made, the staff was on their best behavior - extremely courteous and polite (note: only with customers; the receptionist was extremely ill mannered in her way of talking with her store clerks, passing comments like - "pehele kaam kar, khana nai khayaga toh mar nai jayega" - in front of customers). They took more than 50% from us in advance. I was promised a delivery date of 11th November. I called several times, but my calls were disconnected 5 times after puting me on hold for several minutes. On calling the store on 7th, the same process of cutting calls and promising call backs for status updates was repeated. I tried reaching Dev several times, but he either cut my call or did not answer. On 11th November, I was then told that my lehenga was not ready and that it was delayed by 5 days. the receptionist, Prabhleen, told me stories about how there had been a strike in the factory and also that the factory was closed due to delhi pollution. At one point, we got a call from someone saying they would only be able to deliver my lehenga on 25th November (my wedding was on 23rd November). To add cherry on the cake, we were also asked to send them a snapshot of our wedding card as proof of the wedding date (because apparently we could be lying to them!). All this, when we had already paid 2/3rd of the cost of the lehenga, 5 months back! (it appears that Ankit's primary business is to actually pick money from the market and earn hefty interest, not designing and selling lehengas; with 90 lehengas delayed and starting price of lehengas being minimum 1 lakh, you can easily do the math of the amount of money he made! I hope Income tax officers are reading this). After several conversations, Dev gave us a commitment that he will make sure the lehenga is delivered to us on 16th, since my engagement was on 17th. Dev also informed us that apparently it was not just my lehenga which was delayed, in fact 90 other lehengas were delayed due to potential payment issues. All this while the owner, Ankit Keyal, was not approachable. I, once again, fell in their trap and believed him. On 15th November, another nightmare began when this time again I was informed that my lehenga is not ready and that it will be delivered on 17th. Somehow, we contacted Ankit Keyal through Insta, who then informed us that the lehenga cannot be delivered before 20th. This time, the cause of delay was a fire in his production unit, which in fact killed 2 workers, even though there was no news on the media on this subject. (Note: I read several reviews online about asiana, where customers had received similar excuses for delays in the past, so it appears its either a lie, or a trick to fetch money from insurance agencies. INSURANCE COMPANIES, i hope you are reading this!). My parents were extremely stressed and decided to go to the store. When my mother cried at the store, they increased the volume of music, so that the noise wouldnt reach the customers on the 2nd floor. Ankit claimed that the lehenga was under production and will be ready by 20th. He showed a picture of a lehenga under production which was not even my lehenga (the lehenga I ordered was red in color, while the picture shown to us was of a pink lehenga with Rajasthani style work; moreover the lehenga he claimed was mine, was in fact cheaper in cost than my lehenga). At this point, my parents realised that the entire Asiana team was trying to take us on a ride. Had we fallen for their tricks this time, they would have delivered a wrong, cheaper lehenga to us on 20th, and we would have had no other option than to use that lehenga for the wedding function. By 20th, we would not have had the option of going out to buy a new lehenga either. After alot of arguments, Ankit told us to take the refund.

Extremely rude and unwelcoming customer care. I live abroad and gave them a call to inquire about the whole process to get a piece from them for my wedding. I had heard quite high of them, but they were just dull, least bothered and not at all informative.

As people say, I was followed by rude behavior from the staff. They literally think that they are the designers. ps I believe the quality is bad honestly,

Highly unprofessional, extremely rude staff who don’t care about customer satisfaction at all. This is after we had already purchased a super expensive lehenga from them. You sit hours at length after you have a follow see appointment with them. They do not pick up the phone I wonder how customers keep on tolerating such behavior. One of the staff members said -β€œsir I get orders for 100 lehenga like this a day”. It’s time they learn some humility and people need to try other good names.

Asiana Couture, Total Scam, i appeal to all Brides, Before making Money to them, Be careful , ONCE YOU PAID MONEY TO THEM ,YOU ARE IN TRAP, on my experience last three months , i bought lehenga from Asiana, at the delivery time box opened, sticky smell came out from box , AFTER MY WEDDING I KEEPT IT WITH THEIR LEHENGA BOX Last two days back, on 31/12/2021) New year function i opened the LEHENGA BOX , My Lehenga totally spoiled due to full of TERMITES, they used poor quality material, maximum cost of Lehenga Rs..50000 , they are selling over priced 3 to 5 lakh rupees, they are using low cost material, no Quality, no customer service, no return, they are posting fake advertising in face book and Instagram, IN THE HIGH COURT OF DELHI ordered List before the Court on 24th January, 2022, They are manufacturing famous designers copy and duplicate lehengas in the name of payal keyal, Asiana Couture,and Marwar Couture also, all are worthless , Dear brides, I request to don't make money to them, once you made PAYMENT TO THEM ,YOU ARE IN TRAP,TOTAL SCAM AND FAKE
