★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Useless officials from top to bottom. Typical arrogant government job holders, good for nothing, ruining the country! You should be ashamed of yourself.
I have been complaining for 6-8 months, asked for Sanitation inspector to visit Sarhaul area and get the mess cleaned. But they just don't care.

Repeats every after 01 minute that your call is important to us and will transfered to the agent when ever he is free, I trying to contact for some query since 03 days, I kept holding the phon for 45 minutes many time during last three days but couldn't contact. Jai ho of such facility. Why government is wasting the money of tax payers is they can't provide services. I request administration please tight your employee or close the services .I hope new commissioner will take appropriate action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No one responds on toll free number. How to contact in these corona days. No one attends to grievances properly, and these are closed without detailing the reasons for not attending. Worst experience of its type. I have given one star because otherwise one can not post reviews; they do not deserve any star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As usual a govt machinery which is very lethargic. Garbage collection system is pathetic. Drivers sometimes collect garbage collection charges without paying bill and sometimes people make frequent visit to the house to collect the amount. Prices fluctuate from 24 to 30 and bill would be collected for 2 months backlog at time without the invoice. Don't argue with them that is another thing. Also, garbage collection van won't come and would come every 3-4 days time. But money collection is very prompt would be instantly collecting the money. Upon raising the complaint for collection of garbage my complaint was disposed off and no action taken. They are the lifelines of this city. Not to mention they arrogant bunch of people and don't care. Literally it is far better to dispose off the garbage in their office premises directly, then only they will understand the plight of the middle class family.

It's better to revert the system to HUDA ,now HSVP if MCG is incapable to provide any service
