★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just Simply Avoid This Branch. Totally Unprofessional People who are really not bothered at all for their customers. I just entered today with the family and the staff was sitting having lunch but don't had courtesey to even reply me to wait. Later after 20 minutes wait they finished their lunch and started gossiping least bothering that one client is waiting at their branch. Ignoring me their gosspis were on and almost half an hour like a fool and dumb I was just sitting just for their response but no one bothered as if I was their to beg. I just stood and came out. Wow no one even asked for what I came in, for what what I was waiting and for what I was their and why I went away. I'm happy to have a Palam Branch with high professional attitude to attend me and my queries. I simply say do not visit such unprofessional people until you just don't want to spoil your day time and mood

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some staffs are very unprofessional, on phone they give commitment to come , but when reach they deny. This is my 4 time I came here, and all 4 times when I reach they say western union server is down, and every time I have to wait around 1 hr. Really annoying behavior of staff they give wrong information that u have to wait, there are 4 more customer on que but when I went immediately after the statement there was no customer, she is girl wearing green dess
... u must take corrective action on her and the guy who pick up the call and say come no issue. No value for the time and work of customer. If it's not possible give right duration or say not possible, we will go other places , but due to there wrong statement it waste or important time and work. This is very bad customer experience. And I am surprised that no action has been taken on them so far. This is how do u thing India will improve ..... train your staff, even the manager seems not bothered.
