★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Located beside color plus showroom, the staffs are friendly and the service time was pretty quick.
But they seem a bit unhappy and do not interact much with the customers if someone comes in for a repair instead of a purchase, the service attitude should be the same towards all customers irrespective of the what the customer needs, be it a purchase or a repair.

And the best thing about it is the quality plus originality is superb. I bought watch at least 4 to 5 times from here ....and I would say it never disappointed me.
The new arrivals are always coming ....for eg I recently bought a fastrack watch on the official fastrack website it was a new arrival.
But I was shocked that the store had it already....
This way I got the pleasure to get the feel before hand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not provide hand to hand repair service. They will collect the defective watch and give time around 25 days thereafter. You can buy new watch also here but variety is less. Staff is supportive. I did not provide identity card but even they entertain me and accept my repair request.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not much collection of watches available. Mostly high end watches are available at this store. Have visited 3 times, never found item on discount. Staff is helpful. Location is accessible. In dwarka true value is difficult to find in stores. This store offers true value and new collection. Otherwise if you have time you can look at multi brand retailers in malls like lifestyle where collection is better than this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is no surprise to anticipate good service from any Titan store executives.
However these guys outdid themselves when I went in today.
Its always rewarding to have your loyalty met with integrity.
I was worried about the store closing so I called them before I went in. I also asked them if they had the stock I was looking for.
I walked into the store, told what I wanted and found the store person holding it at the counter ready for billing.
That's the kind of customer experience that makes me wanna go back into the store again and again.
Shame I dont know their names.
Best place for a good customer experience, always willing to go the extra mile.
