1) Loan ROI is very high and there is no any option to reduce
2) very slow process and many of hidden charged
3) I am taken home loan 1 lakh addition amount is in loan amount,
4) high processing fees, also they charged many of addition amount.
5) If your senction loan amount after that they want many of documents from you side and taking 2 to 3 month, meanwhile you suffering and frustrating.
6) my loan approved and cheque ready after that they cancel my loan. But it is very late I'm register my property and loan cancel so was total 2.5 lakh rupees loss.
7) Request to you don't register your property on the basis of muthoot loan cheque copy, they any time cancel your loan.
