★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Branch manager is new (Mr.Kalpesh dhumal), he not having sense to identify issue. He just like a?who only know to take money from customer side even when fault from muthoot side. After given complain in written over the email when I asked reply he told that he not having any procedure of reply. Such a stupid person.... I don't know why muthoot hired him
