★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a Gopro 9 and got it on the same date requested. The product worked well and once I handed over the same , the refund was initiated and I got the same in 1 hour. The only thing that i did not like is the staff attitude in Mumbai and it was very difficult to contact them. The KYC was showing incomplete and I needed a confirmation on the order as somebody had commented that they did not get the order on their said date and since I was travelling I did not want any issues ..I emailed & Whatsapped them to which also they did not reply and when I got in touch with the person he first spoke very rudely and as soon as I told him do you want me to go on instagram and write my experience and post my screenshot of whatsapp chat , thats when he calmed down and spoke nicely and also immediately after that got all my replies on Whatsapp & email . Nobody is perfect but please work on this area as well besides the good work you do . But otherwise the company and its services are great and please keep supporting it. Cheers !!

It was exactly what I needed and I was able to rent a 2015 model for a month while I waited for my new Apple order. Prompt home delivery and pick--up and friendly phone support. Definitely recommend.

1) The equipments they provide are in perfect condition just like the new ones.
2) Booking via their app is effortless and hastle free
3) Refund was initiated just 1 day after return
4) Staff is very polite and kind (Special Thanks to Rahul Sir)
5) Plethora of options for cameras, gaming, party equipment and much more.
We saved so much money on camera. Now every trip we would definitely prefer gears from MUTTERFLY.

The overall rental experience was seamless with delivery taking place on the expected date. Collection was smooth at the end of the rental period too.

The point of contact was available to help me resolve issues. There was a slight mismatch in the games I wanted and the available working ones. But they did provide me with an extra game to resolve it. Happy being a customer of Mutterfly. Keep it up guys!

I have been following up with one of their executive from past 2-3 weeks, everyday he commits me for the refund amount. But I haven't received anything. Now he even stopped picking up my calls. No update from the finance team as well. Before ordering, please ensure that your money will be refunded.
