★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, their customer service in terms of taking orders is commendable. Secondly, the quality of food is like homemade and not that hotness of red chili found in most restaurants. I gave four stars as I think food is overpriced a bit for regular buyers(if money is not a problem, please visit anytime, at least once for sure). I think veg thali can be made Rs 70.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today I ordered basanti pulao with mutton dakbunglow combo. The food quality was very very cheap and disgusting. There were 4 pieces of mutton and none of them was eatable. It felt like eating rubber. Same goes with the pulao. It smells so bad like it was made few months before. So disgusting, so poor, so cheap. Complete wastage of money. Never believe in those beautiful images that are shown over there. The reality is complete opposite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When it comes to quantity these people doesn't look out. I ordered mutton for RS 250 and the piece was so small that it doesn't even look like half plate. After calling and sharing this the people out there does not bother. So please think before ordering, the quantity is not enough for a single person. Very pathetic service from this restaurant.. I will never prefer and refer .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The coupon system that is prevalent here is something that yoi would not approve of, unless you frequent the place. While the world is moving towards digital payments, they would prefer that you pay in cash.
Otherwise, you would need to shell out an extra 25. The restaurant is part of a plaza which uses this dumb coupon charade.
The food at this place is quite delicious and attests to the taste of the locals. The seating arrangement is quite good and the corporate crowd around the place keeps it busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non-veg combo menu wasn't on display but I ordered mutton dakbangla and half plate basanti pulao for rs 242. Portion was good, service was quick. Mutton was delicious and had 4 large pieces and the egg was good too. The gravy was tasty and hot but not too spicy. Pulao goes well with it. It's a bit expensive for every day in my opinion but I will come here if I'm craving mutton.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So, recently I ordered the combo of Basanti polao and chicken and Luchi. The taste of the food was amazing. There was little spillage. If you like too much of sweet food then Basanti polao is perfect or else you can just try luchi and chicken duckbunglow. The combo was actually value for money. Just take a little more care with the packaging.
