As per my knowledge the service is good.
But you have to be care full if going for insurance.

I visited this Sub branch of Muzaffarpur Honda on 16 April 2022.
I have Noticed Many things:-
Good Point ??:-
1 - All staffs are so humble ?
2 - They have good knowledge about vehicles.
Negative Points ?:-
1 - They have no proper plan for customer acquisition.
2 - No any formatted sheet to describe Lone terms.
3 - They don't giving brochure.
4 - Showroom interior was so mess.
5 - Vehicle standing in showroom are so dusty.
6 - Showroom main banner is too much old so they don't clearly visible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Situated at Mithanpura. Place is not mentioned well. Having good collection of motor bike, but service was only ok. I went their for buying Scotty but when I ask about EMI plan they can't assist me well. Also they cant explain the plan properly.
The manager over their was good.
